Our preserves are made in small batches, with whole fruit from our original recipes, they are wholesome and chunky.
"The Ozarks have at least two varieties of Huckleberries: the high-bush and the low-bush. The low-bush is considered the best quality: it grows on rocky ridges in small patches the size of a small house and on bushes about knee-high. The fruit turns red as it matures, then dark blue when fully ripe and ranges in size like a string of pearls." Roy Webster.
